Quick Viewing Loop

Start at the 3K mark near Trafalgar Square, walk to the 7K mark on Victoria Embankment, then head to the finish line on Whitehall. A quick loop to see your runner at three great spots — all within minutes on foot! The Quick Viewing Loop is in red on the route map below.

Saucony Cheer Zones

Catch the energy at our official Saucony Cheer Zones!

📍 At 3K in Trafalgar Square, soak up the sounds from the DJ truck and snap a pic at the Saucony photo wall.

📍 At 7K, join the party with Your Friendly Runners and a DJ truck.

Best Viewing Spots

Regent Street:

Catch the buzz and excitement as runners make their way along one of London’s most iconic streets. Regent Street will be lined with Pride flags — a perfect spot for photos and celebration.

Trafalgar Square:

Cheer runners on as they hit their stride. Plenty of space and easy access via public transport make this an ideal spot. It will get busy so arrive early for a good spot.

Embankment:

A flat, fast section of the course where you can offer support just when runners need it most. Beautiful views of the Thames too!

Whitehall / Parliament Street (Finish Line):

Celebrate the final push and welcome runners across the finish line. Expect crowds - arrive early for a good spot.

On The Day Tips

Start time: 9:30

  • Track your runner with our official Saucony London 10K App using their name or bib number. This will be available to download via the Apple App Store & Google Play Store 1 week before the race.

  • Agree on a post-race meeting point in advance - the finish area gets very busy and phone signal may be intermittent
